Courageous Communication is Sophia FitzMedrud's Super Power.  Today's episode is perfect for anyone who thinks even for one moment that young people can't change the world. My guest is the author of the novel "Of Fish and Friends: Swimming Thirty Miles an Hour with a Boy in a Patchwork Tailcoat".  She's part of the founding chapter of Heirs to Our Oceans, a global movement of youth taking the ocean crisis into their own hands by educating themselves and others and processing and advocating for solutions, and she is 14 years old.
